Return Process

    Log into your MOES account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the electronics in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  • 3.
    Ship to Service Center

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping the tracking number for your records.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the device condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange unit within 5 to 7 business days.
